Tyler - 19 lbs 3 oz, 28 3/4 inches
Julie - 16 lbs 14 oz, 27 inches
Noah - 17 lbs 7 oz, 27 1/2 inches
Julie and Noah are in their lower percentile of their growth chart and Tyler right below average. The pediatrician is however satisfied with their growth physically and developmentally considering that they were born 7 weeks prematurely.
Unfortunately the day after our doctor's visit all of the babies started having diarrhea which lasted for several days and made their little behinds blister even though I was always making sure their dirty diapers were changed. I don't think I have ever changed that many diapers in my entire life!
Anyway, as I said before, they are all growing as expected but our little Julie has yet to manage to sit up on her own nor crawl. She does however scoot around and let me assure you that she is almost as fast as the two boys. Needless to say I am certain that she will be up on her knees in a matter of a couple of weeks if even that long. They all love to stand up, however Tyler is the only one so far who will pull himself up into a standing position.
And these are all the updates as of right now and I will leave with some recent pictures I took.

ReplyDeleteHow very sweet!
ReplyDeletepoor babies. think it was a reaction to the shots? it sounds like they are doing fantastic considering the 7 weeks early.
ReplyDeleteCole, my smallest, wasnt sitting by 10 months, so he had a little PT. One thing the therapist suggested was propping him up with the boppy pillow or using a bumbo, to help them practice sitting. Which is something I hadnt done, I guess I thought he would just figure it out on his own, like his brothers!?!
